SHERA’s 3D printing plastic offers more possibilities

High-precision scaffolding objects for excellent fitting results

Dental 3D printing material: Sheraprint-cast&press is a new, special light-curing 3D printing plastic from Shera Material Technology in Lemförde. The new material for DLP-based 3D printing can be used to create all cast objects, as well as veneers, inlays and onlays made of pressed ceramic. This means that the range of manufacturing options with Sheraprint-cast&press is significantly higher than with standard casting materials for 3D printing.

The printing material has a low viscosity, which means it is very flowable and is suitable for printing the most fragile constructions in cast designs and pressed ceramic objects.

Can be embedded robustly thanks to its strength

With the  Sheraprint 3D printer manufactured, the print material is used to create high-precision framework objects for excellently fitting results. Users can adjust the rigidity of the print object by exposure after printing. In the light-cured state, Sheraprint-cast&press is insensitive and can be embedded robustly thanks to its strength.

Burns almost free of carbon residues

The new material is suitable for all DLP-based printers. The optimal printing parameters for Sheraprint cast&press have already been developed for the additive workflow with the Sheraprint system.

Sheraprint-cast&press burns almost free of carbon residues, thus annoying cavities can be avoided as much as possible.
