As befits a good family: Our offspring are important to us. That's why we train industrial clerks - with plenty of practical experience and room to "do it yourself". We also support our trainees with additional external training. They go through all of SHERA's departments.

For the dual study program for a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, we work together with the Private University of Economics and Technology . Our students alternate between spending one semester at the university and one semester doing practical work at SHERA. In the process, they get to know all of SHERA's departments.

Responsibilities / main tasks

  • Consult our existing customers with the aim of finding the best solutions for their laboratory or practice
  • Convince them of SHERA quality and win new customers
  • Assist our customers as a contact person
  • Organize your appointments independently
  • Work closely with our dental technology and back office team

    • What we want from you

  • Dental training or a degree, knowledge of CAD/CAM technology
  • Sales affinity & strong communication skills
  • Independent responsibility
