Audental Ultra SLM Powder is used for all cast partial dentures and clasp dentures.
Maxillary palatal plate: Minimum thickness 0.7mm / Minimum edge thickness 0.45mm.
Our recommendations for construction thicknesses:
Upper jaw frame plate / palatal-free: Minimum thickness 1.2 mm
Sublingual arch (teardrop profile): Width 4.0–4.3 mm / Height 2.5 ± 0.3 mm
Sublingual arch (connector): Width 3.5–4.0 mm / Height at least 3.0 mm
Clips: Height ~1.2 mm / Width (from clip tip to shoulder) 1.0/2.0/2.5 mm
